About this Event
This isn't just a cooking class—it’s a complete Italian experience. In each lesson, you'll get hands-on experience crafting the dishes from scratch, and then we’ll sit down together to enjoy what we have prepared as a proper, celebratory meal with a glass of wine.
What You Will Master (3 Iconic Dishes)
Over three consecutive weeks, you will learn how to prepare these thee essential classics:
Week 1: Potato Gnocchi (either 19th, 24th, or 25 nov) – Learn the perfect texture and quick techniques for soft, fluffy gnocchi. - Please let me know your preferred date sending an email to [email protected]
Week 2 (4th DEC) : Traditional Lasagna – Master making fresh pasta sheets and rich Bolognese sauce for this authentic family classic.
Week 3 (11th DEC): Stuffed Ravioli – Dive into the art of fresh, filled pasta, matched with simple and delicious seasonal fillings.
At the end of each class, we will cook and enjoy the pasta together. Each dish will be paired with a wine, carefully selected to enhance the qualities of your preparation.
Course Format & Schedule
The course consists of three lessons, running from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM on each of the dates mentioned above.
