About Tre & Renard:
Renard and Tre are the co-owners of Virtus Offers, a 100% virtual acquisition company originally founded in Durham, NC. While our roots are in North Carolina, we now serve markets across Tennessee and Northern Florida as well.
In 2020, Renard invited Tre to join as a partner, and together, they have wholesaled over 200 properties, flipped 14 homes, and are currently mentoring 15 students through their REI-Genesis program.
