About this Event
Do you often negotiate with your kids for bites at mealtime? Are you worried your kids aren't eating enough or getting enough variety? Do you wonder if they’ll ever grow out of only eating chicken nuggets?
Many parents know the stress of feeding a picky eater. If dinnertime has become a battle in your home or you find yourself worrying if your child’s pickiness is normal, you won't want to miss this presentation by registered dietitian Taryn McPherson from The Hull Institute.
During this interactive presentation, Taryn will discuss ways to make mealtimes more relaxing and enjoyable for everyone, along with signs to watch to know if you’re dealing with more than just picky eating.
No entrance fee required. | Kids are welcome | Questions? Please contact Heinen’s Rocky River at (440) 331-3830.
