This empowering, hands-on class is designed for everyday women who want to improve posture, balance, poise, and confidence—whether you’re walking into a room, a meeting, an event, or simply elevating your everyday presence.
In this class, you’ll learn:
- Proper heel-walking techniques (for beginners & experienced walkers)
- Posture, balance, and alignment
- How to walk gracefully in different heel heights
- Confidence-building exercises you can use anywhere
- How to eliminate common mistakes that cause discomfort or insecurity
This is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where women of all ages, sizes, and experience levels are welcome.
