Claudia Villela is a Brazilian born vocalist, composer and multi- instrumentalist, celebrated for her creative improvisations and fusion of traditional Brazilian rhythms with jazz, classical, folk and world music. A Grammy Award nominee, her warm voice and universal musical language have earned her global recognition as one of the most distinctive and influential talents of all time, working with such jazz luminaries as Kenny Werner, Michael Brecker and Toots Thielemans.
