Keynote
Brad has been working in the Canadian craft brewing scene since 2001 when he started on Steam Whistle Brewing’s bottling line downtown Toronto. Since 2013, he has held a number of different roles at Big Rock Brewery, most recently as Vice President of Innovation, Business Development, and Government Relations. Brad serves as Chair of ASBA (as well as Chair of ASBA’s Policy Committee), Chair of the Canadian Coalition of Independent Craft Brewers, Co-Chair of the CCBA’s Policy Committee, and previously as Secretary of Cider Canada.
Brad is a proud father of three kids, two cats, two fish, one snail, and a dog named Snickers. He also volunteers for the Calgary Stampede as Chair of the Blacksmith Committee and is a certified Beer Sommelier through Canada’s Prud’homme Beer Certification Programme. His favourite beer style is an English Mild.
