Last year was a blast! This year we’ll have a float! Parade starts at 5, participant lineup starts at 4. I suggest arriving around 3, otherwise roads start getting blocked off and parking gets challenging. Speaking of parking, we can use the Long John Silver’s (closed) parking lot across the street from our alleyway on 6th.
Gogan and I will supply hot cocoa and pulled pork sandwiches (and something else I haven’t decided on yet) for after the parade if you would like to bring additional food stuffs feel free.
Watch the weather! It’s been a weird, warm year. If it’s 45 and raining wear wool. If it’s 65, wear something cooler (but bring a cloak cuz that walk or ride back in the dark is colder than what it is when we start).
Our house is on the parade route. If anyone wants to watch rather than walk, bring something to put your candy in! The kids get more during this parade than they do trick-or-treating!
