Mir'a proudly presents the Egyptian rock band Massar Egbari's first concert of the Europe tour in Paris on May 28, 2022 live in Pan Piper!
Masar Egbari is an Egyptian Rock band formed in Alexandria, Egypt in 2005. They represent an alternative contemporary Egyptian music, mixing rock jazz and blues with oriental music.
With a line-up comprising of 5 musicians; Ayman Massoud (Keyboards), Hani El Dakkak (Guitar and lead vocal), Ahmed Hafez (Bass guitar), Tamer Attallah (Drums) and Mahmoud Siam (Guitars); they are regarded as one of the most influential and impactful Egyptian bands that contributed into shaping the independent music scene.
Considered as the most remarkable Alternative Rock band in the region, Masar Egbari has taken the Arabic music scene by storm with their tunes and disruptive lyrics gaining new adiences wherever they plug their instruments. As the most well-travelled band in Egypt where they toured countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America, Masar Egbari was bestowed "Artists for intercultural dialog" award by UNESCO in Paris in 2011 besides being awarded the "Middle East Music Awards" three times over the past ten years.

Massar Egbari est considéré comme l’un des groupes égyptiens les plus influents et les plus percutants. Ils ont contribué à l’évolution de la scène musicale indépendante.
Considéré comme le groupe de rock le plus remarquable de la région, Massar Egbari a pris d’assaut la scène musicale arabe grâce à ses airs et ses paroles perturbatrices. C’est l’un des rares groupes égyptien à s’être produit un peu partout dans le monde : au Moyen-Orient, en Afrique, en Europe et en Amérique du Nord. Ils reçoivent le prix « Artistes pour le dialogue interculturelles » de la part de l’UNESCO à Paris en 2011.
