This is a fairly flexible event
Thursday -
Noon to soft close at 6 for dinner and social activities
Friday -
10am to soft close at 6 for dinner and social activities
Saturday -
10am to soft close at 6 for dinner and social activities
Sunday -
10 am to no set end time.
Historically, most people leave by 4 or 5pm
Every day people will likely leave for a group meal at 6
Meal is not mandatory, gym is still available but will be locked

The Midwest is a big place with many amazing people. I want to Jam with everyone at once!

- Networking and skill share with as little barrier to entry as possible that fosters a welcoming and inclusive community.
Let's all up level together!
- There will not be any organized classes. But the event is open to impromptu teaching sessions to be announced to the group to allow easier flow of information.
- If any individual feels gracious enough to share information, they may do that

Donation
We have no intention to make a profit
There are two buckets of donations
- Facility - By donation. Suggested $10-15 per day
~ All facility donations go to the facility.
- Group housing - Probably ~$60-100$ see below

Show-Me Acro ~ 40 minute drive outside of St. Louis (plan accordingly)
Access -
- Outside the facilities normal run time
~ Full access to the space
~ 2 sprung floors
~ Trampoline
~ 4 sets of lines
- During normal running hours
~ Reserved back room with lines
~ Within reason we can share what is not being used
- There’s a waiver that needs to be signed
We love this facility
We want to over pay them and leave them with a positive impression
There is a number we need to hit, but I will mention if we have not hit it.

- If our locals want to take in people that would also be appreciated.
~ I will be taking up front money this time and taking a second round of money at the event.

~ Location: Landing Pod hotels in Pacific, MO
~ Rate: there is an an initial rate to provide to Tim and any difference will be requested on the day of the event. (This second fee is because people will get added and dropped up until the start of the event and is very hard to plan)
~ Group housing aka many people in one room with many beds $60 to reserve
~ Captured room aka shared bathroom and walking though group room, but with a door and queen bed $120 to reserve
~ Private room aka private bathroom and queen bed $300 to reserve
