Mason and the Mercenaries won the Battle of the Bands at Potosi Live! near Abilene so we thought we'd put them in the Arc Light on Aug. 29, 2025, understanding that this band lives up to its hype!Headed by Mason Donica, the Mercenaries are best described as a southern rock band. The young band has opened for Bart Crow and Giovone and the Hired Guns, played a festival with Midland, Casey Donahew, and Mickey and the Motorcars, and (as mentioned above) won Potosi Live's Battle of the Bands in June 2025. This band opened the GarageBand Woodstock in July.
There is no cover and you can come witness for yourself Mason and the Mercenaries on ug, 29, on the main stage at the Arc Light Bar & Grill inside the Clarion Hotel, 441 Rio Concho Dr. Showtime is 9 p.m.
