Don’t miss the Mask’querade, A Mardi Gras Evening at the Gallery. This event will serve as a special opportunity to meet your neighbors and be inspired by the art of thirty-plus local artists. In the spirit of Mardi Gras, the Fountain Hills Artists’ Gallery is holding a two-hour reception on March 14 that is open to the public. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Many of the artists in attendance will be donning costumes of their own design. Visitors are encouraged to dress in costume as well. A prize for Best of Show will be announced at 6:30 p.m. Wine and Hors d’Oeuvres prepared by our artists will be provided and door prizes drawn. Gallery artists will be on hand (donning handmade masks) to discuss their work on display. Beginning on February 14, blank masks will be available for guests to pick up in the gallery (while supplies last, one per visitor) to create their own masks ahead of the event.
