About this Event

Join Niki Lopez of What's Your Elephant™ for an immersive Mask-Making Workshop that blends creativity, mindfulness, and cultural expression. This experience, designed to celebrate National Stress Awareness Month and National Minority Health Month, invites participants to explore the healing power of art while creating unique, symbolic masks. The workshop offers a refreshing break from daily stressors, encouraging self-expression, connection, and joy in a supportive, creative space.

In this mindful art-making process, participants will engage with the cultural significance of mask-making, reflecting on themes of self-expression and personal transformation. The workshop is designed to help individuals tap into their creativity, reduce stress, and connect with others meaningfully. Through the act of creating, participants will discover how art can serve as a therapeutic tool, fostering emotional well-being and mindfulness.

“Art isn’t just about creating; it’s a POWERFUL tool for expression, healing, connecting, vulnerability, sharing, redefining, expressing and understanding.” — Niki Lopez
