Pricing Options: We are offering two arrival dates – Thursday or Friday – at 11:00 am. You will be responsible for Booking Hotel Room (see details below regarding hotel). The pricing below will require Meals.
Thursday Arrival:
Option 1: Thurs (check-in at 11:00 am) through Sunday
(includes meals): $290.00 per person. Meals include:
o Thursday – Dinner
o Friday – Breakfast and Dinner
o Saturday – Breakfast and Dinner
o Sunday – Breakfast and Lunch
Friday Arrival:
Option 1: Friday (check-in at 11:00 am) through Sunday
(includes meals): $240.00 per person. Meals include:
o Friday –Dinner
o Saturday – Breakfast and Dinner
o Sunday – Breakfast and Lunch
Hotel: Room Rate: $110 per night. Contact Marywood Conference Ctr at 904-287-2525 to reserve your hotel room.
Two (2) Queen beds, private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV and free WiFi. We host several events so be sure to provide the date you are attending. Hotel Building also offers Ice Machine, Coffee/Tea amenities and Lounging area. Reservation must be secured with a credit card at time of booking but will not be billed until time of stay. Please call 904-287-2525 to make your reservation.
Meals: meals are served in buffet style. Breakfast includes hot entrées. Lunch and dinners include salad bar. Fountain beverages are included.
Cropping space: One person per 6-foot table. You may bring smaller tables (no larger than 3 ft) available to set next to you.
Tool Table: A Die Cutting Machine will be available for your use. I ask that you keep these items at the Tool Table for everyone to share.
Deposit Due: $75.00 due at registration to reserve your seat. Invoices Statements will be sent out prior to final payment. Final balance is due 60 days prior to the event. If not paid by due date, you forfeit your seat at the retreat with no refund. **You will be responsible for cancelling your Hotel Reservation at the Marywood**
