MARY’S STATIONSMary’s Way of the Cross is a series of meditations and prayers that follow Mary’s thoughts and words from Jesus’ Passion to His death. Remember, Mary made the first Stations of the Cross; she was with Jesus every step of the way. We remember her suffering, internal conflict and quiet acceptance and reflect on her Son’s humanity and divinity. For close to twenty years Mary’s Stations of the Cross have been an important part of our parish’s Lenten journey. Mary Elliott introduced and
coordinated Mary’s Stations at Holy Ghost for many years; Jane Fistner Zakovitch participated as a reader. The parish Liturgy Committee will
dedicate Mary’s Stations on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 6:30 PM in memory of Mary and Jane, both of whom passed away in January 2021. We hope that you will join us to remember these two special women who
gave so much to Holy Ghost Parish during their lifetimes.
