10 am Player's meeting/Bid
Alternate break / Rack-Your-Own.
8-Ball on break spots, shoot from there.
Cannot win or lose on break.
Open after break if ball is made.
May pocket a ball and play safe.
Scratch on the break = Ball in hand anywhere.
All other BCA rules apply.

DRESS CODE
This is a Maryland State event, there will be stream and possibly a photographer walking around taking pictures, please look presentable.
ALLOWED
collared shirts, pool related crew necks, sponsored shirts, jeans, dress pants, athletic pants are fine as long as they look neat. Hoodies/jackets if pool related and closed toed shoes. Ladies, black leggings only.
NOT ALLOWED
worn/tattered/sloppy clothing, sweatpants (especially gray), gym shorts.
NO MIMIMAL ROBUSTNESS IS NEEDED, THIS IS AN OPEN EVENT
