Blending raw funk with indie soul, this record tells stories of personal growth, deep friendship, and unexpected twists.
The rhythm section, consisting of Lukas Schmidt (guitar), Lukas Klingseisen (drums), and Michael Reitinger (bass), lays the musical foundation for the Vienna-based group. Their tight mix of funk and indie soul elements leaves room for the playful synth sounds of saxophonist Dido Aschauer. Completing Mary Jane’s Soundgarden is vocalist Tanja “Aunty” Peinsipp, whose vibrant stage presence and unmistakable vocal power make it impossible to stay still.
Their mission is simple: to give the audience an unforgettable night and to celebrate life together.
