Mary Brett grew up on John Prine and Janis Joplin. The influences show in her heartfelt songwriting and powerful voice. Born and raised in Corpus Christi, she’s called Huntsville home for the last 18 years. While the East Texas Pines have been her incubator, she has roamed the roads as far as Alaska. MB even produces a weekly radio show for 1001.1 FM KMXT in Kodiak, which she spun into a podcast called The Doers of Things. You can learn more about Mary Brett at www.thedoersofthings.com/story.
