Their sound has hints of The Jesus Lizard’s grunge fuzz, Pixies' dark melodies, Melvin’s crushing riffs and the hardcore explorations of Fugazi, all polished off with increasingly melodic songwriting.
The first support announced is hotly-tipped shoegaze band Swallowtail. The Brighton-based band’s latest release ‘The Seesaw EP’ is gaining critical acclaim for its lush textures and deep post-punk rhythmic drive, completed by engulfing dream-pop melodies. One of the best new shoegaze bands in the UK, Swallowtail is not to be missed.
They are joined by returning Derby indie heroes My Psychoanalyst playing for the first time since 2014!
With a blend of soul-thumping beats, ethereal guitars and bouncy vocals, they create a melodic blast at an intersection of shoegaze, indie-pop and alternative rock.
