About this Event
The $55 vendors fee is non-refundable. It secures your spot and confirms your participation in the End of Summer Popup Shop, dated 10/9 located at 415 W. 119th St @ XFATAZZ Cycling and Fitneas Studio!
This is an indoor event (with access to fresh air). In the event of a stay at home order or any occurrence beyond our control, the End of Summer Popup Shop will be rescheduled for a later date. If this event is canceled, this contract becomes null and void and all vendors will receive a full refund.
MASK ARE REQUIRED UPON ENTRY REGARDLESS OF YOUR VACCINATION STATUS.
All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and linen. Standing banners are allowed but they cannot take up any additional vendors space unless an additional table is purchased.
Promotion of this event is a shared responsibility between the host and the vendors. I will do my part as the host to promote this event. Be sure to share this event with your customer base and post on all social media platforms. Invite your family and friends out as well. These efforts will maximize your profitability!
This Popup starts at 2pm, so the doors will be open to vendors at 1pm for setup. Enter through the gate from the parking lot.
Marvelously Maria LLC, Rose Room Chicago, and XFATAZZ Cycling and Fitness Studio are not liable for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, patrons, or volunteers are on the premises. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their products and product effects.
