Marvellous Movement Workshop’s starting in July - the first sessions are free for under 16’s to attend as part of our community interest company- funded by generous donations and sponsorships to help improve wellbeing of young people and families in Bedfordshire. Getting into the body with intuitive movement- it’s not a dance class - it’s guided movement, stress relief, emotional release & a fun way to boost energy and confidence with qualified movement & breath work teacher Jen.
The music played by our own DJ- is d&b, dance, uplifting house to get you moving & flowing, followed by more gentle music & sound frequencies to wind down and connect with the breath.
