OVERVIEWI am delighted to announce my first retreat day offering here in the marvellous Malvern Hills district of south Worcestershire on the Gloucestershire border, an area designated as an AONB “area of outstanding natural beauty”. Arrival from 9.45am for a 10am start. Lunch will be lovingly catered for by the amazing Julie chef and owner of Fantastically Fresh a local catering company and fabulous eatery. All ingredients are locally sourced from the many farms and orchards in this beautiful countryside. The day will conclude around 5.15/5.30pm
We will be working with the earth element, and will work with the intention of grounding, centring and nourishing ourselves throughout the day, as we settle into the rhythm of autumn and prepare for the winter months ahead. Everything from our practise, readings, to our food will follow this intention
Some logistics
The venue is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours drive from London and about 75 minutes from Birmingham. There is plenty of free parking at the venue. There are train services with Ashchurch for Tewkesbury being the closest. Cheltenham Spa is a little further but bus service 42 will bring you to Tewkesbury
There are many accomodation options very close to the venue if you decide to stay over and make the most of being close to both the river Avon and river Severn, beautiful hill walking and the historic Tudor town of Tewkesbury [10 minutes drive from venue] with its famous Abbey. You are also near some beautiful Cotswold villages and towns. Going westward, you have the market town of Ledbury and the Wye Valley.
Payment
The retreat day is £95 and I require all bookings by 27th September in order to confirm numbers with the caterer. There is a minimum number required
