Martin approaches gigs the way he approaches most things in his life, wittily, with jokes and quickly. He brilliantly rinsed David Walliams on Britain’s Got Talent, and is more than capable of stepping away from the jokes and dealing with the audience when needed. Martin is one of the 'go to' acts in Norfolk, an accomplished MC and is resident MC of Norfolk based Hooma Comedy Club. He has written and performed stand up sets and sketches for the BBC New Comedy Show, hosted the Sense of Hooma Podcast; and the online show 'Sunday Roast'. He has supported Tanyalee Davis on her national tour in 2024, Leon Mallett on his Norfolk tour and Gary Meikle and Carl Hutchinson on their Norwich legs of their tours.
