In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s commitment to a life of service, we invite friends of all ages to join us on this no-school day in for a fun afternoon of volunteerism, creating projects to add to a museum display! Folks are also welcome to add to Dr. King's Dream Mobile, an on-going project at the museum that invites folks to think about their own ways to help make a better world. Some examples added recently include "fighting racism", "treating everyone fairly" and "donating to good causes", as well as "being nice to my sister".
