Martin Harris Construction Workshop: The 1-2-3s of Change Management

Join us for an overview of the upcoming “Unlocking Opportunities for Disadvantaged Businesses on Public Projects” workshop series in a trade show styled networking event.

This event is held virtually and in-perosn. Attendees will learn how to submit change request to ensure up-front accuracy and efficiency. Understand what each line of these AIA documents is requesting from you and learn how to use formulas to pull from front to back.

Please note:

During this event, will be taking all the necessary precautions to help mitigate and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

•  The CDC recommends that everyone, including fully vaccinated individuals wear a mask in public indoor settings

• There will be sanitizers available for use

• The room will be wiped down prior to everyone’s arrival and cleaned after the event as well

• Additionally, we will have markers placed to ensure everyone is maintaining safe distance from one another (6ft apart) as directed by the CDC.
