Course Description: This 2-day training course builds on the defensive knife skills and theories of the Martial Blade Concepts knife defense system.
Students will enhance their MBC skill-sets by working multi-tasking drills, combining defensive applications and counter measures into a refined flowing technique.
This course expands the students knowledge of the Martial Blade Concepts (MBC) system of personal defense with edged weapons, the destructive capacity of knives, knife stopping power, anatomical targeting, and the use-of-force laws related to personal defense with knives.
Student's will participate in both solo training drills and interactive training with partners. Partner training involves light, controlled contact with purpose-designed, blunted training knives to develop proper body mechanics, structure, and technique.
