Thrive Empowerment Center Proudly Host Weaving Strength NWMAF Regional Conference 2024The National Women’s Martial Arts Federation (NWMAF) is a safe, inclusive, women-led organization for women, transgender and non-binary people, and their allies that affirms each person’s warrior spirit and actively works for a world in which each of us is empowered, free from oppression, and whole.
Join us Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17 as we present a day of training, fun, and community at the Annex.
Open to women and LGBTQ+ folks ages 12+, all skill levels.
Beginners welcome!
Event registration is $100 for NWMAF members & $150 for Non-members (includes 1 year membership!).

9:15 to 10:30 am Session 1: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
10:45 am to 12 noon Session 2: Intro to Kali/Silat

1:15 to 2:30 pm Session 3: Muay Thai Kickboxing
2:45 to 4 pm Session 4: Nia Dance
4:15 to 5:30 pm Session 5: Empowerment Self-Defense
