Make sure to attend this once a month class where you'll get the opportunity to practice against opponents. Sparring is a requirement for higher belt level testing and is held the first Tuesday of the month at 7 pm. Required:
-Mouthguard
-Head Gear
-Gloves
All are available for purchase through SAMA, we do have limited amounts of gloves of headgear available to borrow for these classes.
