Class runs Saturdays, Jan 17 - Feb 28. This program is intended to help students learn focus, physical fitness, and coordination, and to protect themselves. In addition, students will learn self-control through balancing mind, body, and spirit through the martial arts. Students will learn techniques from Karate, Kung Fu, and Jiu-Jitsu, and how these styles blend.
