I’ve practiced yoga for nearly 15 years, but it took on a new meaning after I faced a life-threatening complication following my pregnancy in 2018. Recovery, adjusting to new motherhood, and later the challenges of COVID pushed me to find solace in my yoga practice. Over time, yoga became more than just physical exercise—it became a way of life, one that brought mental clarity, peace, and connection to nature.
This transformation inspired me to leave my corporate career and become a freelance yoga therapist in Dubai, leading to the creation of Yogalogy. This period of my life allowed me to embrace change, both personally and professionally, and taught me how to lead through uncertainty, lead with empathy and adapt to new challenges.
