About Your Speakers:
Damian Collins - Founder and Managing Director of Momentum Wealth
Damian Collins is the founder and Managing Director of Momentum Wealth and Chairman of Mair Property Funds. Damian was previously REIWA President from 2018-2022. He is viewed as an authority on the Perth Residential market and is often sought for his opinion on market directions.
Damian has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University in Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Property from Curtin University in Perth and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment through FINSIA. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Angad Singh - Co-founder of Perth Property Developers and Director of Sadhana Constructions
Angad is an experienced developer who has been active in the Perth market for close to a decade. He is the owner of an innovative construction company, Sadhana Constructions, that specialises in maximising profit for developers through sophisticated building methods. He is currently active in a number of projects both for himself and clients and has a proven track record in realising profit from development.
Adam Barry - Co-founder of Perth Property Developers and Director of Develop Capital
Adam Barry is a co-founder of Perth Property Developers and owns a residential property development business, Develop Capital. He is an expert in small scale residential developments and joint-venture projects.

This event will be at a new venue in Perth CBD. The meeting space is at 125 Murray Street, Perth. Take the lift to level 7 and the meeting area is to the right when you exit the lift (you can't miss it).
There is plenty of parking at the CPP carpark on Murray street - two blocks from the venue.
