Join Denise and learn to make a market basket. Originally taken to market for shopping as they didn't have grocery bags!It measures approximately 8 inches wide, 9 1/2 to 10 inches long, and about 5 inches tall. It has a solid oak handle that we will weave into the basket and we will weave a solid bottom.
It will take about 4 to 5 hours to complete depending on your weaving skill. We will attempt to finish in 1 class so bring your lunch or a snack. Beginners do not fear! You can do it!
