Local musician Mark Kesson returns to Trinity House with a semi-unplugged performance of his 2024 album It’s Been Something. Unlike his studio-style debut performance in January ’24 (which coincided with a brutal ice-storm that knocked out power in the metro Detroit area and kept many fans and friends home), this performance will strip down the layers of the songs and deliver a more intimate acoustic, percussive show with a focus on the stories that inspired the songs as well as the songs themselves. Mark will also be performing newly composed works about love, life and loss as well as songs by a few of his favorite artists such as Jim Croce, Gordon Lightfoot, Blue Rodeo and others. Come join Mark and vocalist Bonnie May as well as members of The Fossil Band for this very special evening of music. We’ll see you there!
