Mark is a southeast Michigan songwriter whose songs range from Beatlesque ballads to humor-laced "pop-ish" tunes and blues to Americana tales of the human experience. With a later than usual start in songwriting, his writing style reflects a wide variety of influences that have shaped his musical DNA. He puts his thoughts and observations into songs in a way that is honest and relatable. He finds the lighter side of life easy to put to music, but writing about love, loss, and the road between them is harder to get right.
