Video Preparation and Presenting Instructions:
1. Prepare brief videos (3 minutes of history + video) and allow 2 minutes of discussion. If embedding video(s) in a PowerPoint presentation, please ONLY embed .MP4 files (not .MOV files).
2. Bring on individual USB drives or collect all videos from each site and combine into PowerPoint slides or folder, then one person from each site will either bring USB for transfer OR send to Mark Hallett via file transfer (Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, etc.) prior to conference.
3. Residents, Fellows, and trainees will be asked to comment on phenomenology before etiology is discussed.
