As part of our Big Tasty Read series of events, Shaftesbury Library is delighted to welcome the Award-Winning author and Sunday Times columnist, Mark Diacono. Mark will be talking about how cookbooks get written and produced and how he wrote Abundance (his latest book) on Substack. As the author of a wide range of cookbooks from Spice : A Cook's Companion to A Year at Otter Farm amongst others this promises to be a fascinating insight into the world of cookbook writing.
