It will be a graduate training offer where participants work in a number of different organisations as part of an organised programme.
This programme aims to give graduates unparalleled exposure to the breadth of the maritime sector, helping them explore diverse career paths and clarify their future ambitions.
Meaning that the organisations who employ these career starters permanently will benefit from a much broader sector understanding.
