Maritime Careers Open Event

This event is open to anyone interested in a career at sea in the Merchant Navy.

You can look around our world class facilities:

• Classrooms/workshops
• Marine engineering centre
• Halls of residence

And see demos in our:

• Environmental pool
• Bridge simulators
• Engine room simulator

You will be able to talk to our tutors and listen to our current students talk about their experiences. You'll also be able to meet the Head of Campus, Head of Maritime and the progress tutors you'll work closely with.

We'll also have a number of sponsoring companies here for you to talk to about gaining sponsorship for your studies. With career paths in nautical science (deck), marine engineering and electro-technical, there's something for everyone!
