It’s that time of year again!Everyone is invited to join us for our AGM.
This is an opportunity for you to see what the band has been up to behind the scenes, and what we are working on towards for 2026.
Our table is booked from 6pm. Drinks & meals can be purchased at bar prices, before the meeting starts at 6:30pm.
All committee positions will be open for nominations at the AGM, including:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee (minimum 3 positions, including Librarian, Child Safe Officer & Instrument Manager)
If you’ve never been on a committee before, don’t stress – we’ll show you the ropes and you’ll have plenty of support.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else to the committee, please fill out a nomination form.
If you are an apology for the AGM, and would like to nominate someone to vote on your behalf, please complete a proxy nomination form.
