Autumn Leaves is excited to welcome Marion Nestle, nutrition expert and author of the new book What To Eat Now. Published in 2006, Marion Nestle's What To Eat has become the definitive guide to making healthy and informed choices about food. Twenty years later, What To Eat Now revises the classic. It is a practical supermarket guide and a call to action—urging readers to understand the forces that shape their diets and to make choices that promote health, equity, and sustainability.
“A deeply researched look into the food that we eat—and why we need to do better ... Essential reading for anyone who cares about how we fuel ourselves.” —Kirkus Reviews
