Make the most of your Wednesday evening with a night of racing and listening along to the music of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe live, with the Drift Kings! Bringing the spectacular soundtrack from the hit Nintendo video game to you live, all are welcome to this free concert on the 30th of October.
During the evening you will be able to play the video game as the Drift Kings, lead by host of the night Olly Mitchell, play the music live to your gameplay. Or you can simply sit back and enjoy a concert with a mix of jazz, funk, groove, and rock. This concert will feature the culmination of a semester's work by conservatorium students Jode Brewster on piano, Kade Renshaw on bass, Luke Vavoulas on drum kit, and Olly Mitchell on saxophone.
Tickets are free but registrations essential as seating is limited.
