Our first event this year is a children's story time on Saturday January 18 at 4pm! Author Marie Robert will be reading her book Georgia's Far-Away Family, a beautifully illustrated children’s book about Georgia, a little girl who does not live in the same place as many members of her extended family. She doesn’t see them often and this makes her a little sad. Then, one day in school, something happens to make her change the way she thinks about her international family. Marie will also read her second book, Ivy's New Garden, a delightful story that celebrates the power of imagination and reminds us all to be open to change. For children ages 3 to 7.
