It is hard to believe we have raced through spring and are approaching our summer months. The MFSA is looking forward to bringing us all together in May for learning and connecting.
We are excited to focus on, and learn more about, social capital in the family support space. Please join guests including Jon Katov from Open Table; Karin Kline from Family Involvement Center; and Claire Louge from Prevent Child Abuse Arizona to learn about the variety of ways their organizations utilize social capital to support families throughout the county and state. We also will have an opportunity to learn from one another how others define the term and what social capital looks like in our member organizations.
MFSA is also excited to welcome back Michelle Coldwell from the Arizona Council of Human Service Providers to share updates on both the state legislative session and action at the federal level.
