Maria Balshaw, director of the Tate since 2017 and author of the new book, Gathering of Strangers: Why Museums Matter, joins the dynamic Ramsgate-based artist Bob and Roberta Smith, who painted FOLKESTONE IS AN ART SCHOOL.Together, they will delve into the role of museums in shaping cultural legacy and the vital importance of art in contemporary society.
