Margate’s holiday season kicks off with Margate’s Spectacular Shop Small Extravaganza, presented by Bocca Coal Fired Bistro, happening Friday, November 28 through Sunday, November 30, 2025!Join us all weekend long as our local businesses and restaurants offer amazing sales, discounts, and holiday specials to celebrate Shop Small Business Weekend. Then, don’t miss the main event — ASL Santa’s Parade through Margate on Saturday, November 29 at 12PM!
Santa will arrive in true Margate style — in a lifeguard boat traveling from Coolidge Avenue down Ventnor Avenue to Bocca on Essex Ave, escorted by the Margate City Police and Fire Departments. He’ll be joined by his trusty elf, a unicorn, and a few surprise characters!
The celebration continues in front of Bocca with performances by Miss New Jersey 2025, dancers from Leslie’s Dance Studio, and even a special appearance by Lucy the Elephant. Be sure to look up — you might just spot your favorite costumed characters riding high in Margate’s 5-ton Storm Truck!
Stick around for free kids’ pizza and drinks, Wawa giveaways, craft kits, and holiday tunes by USA DJ. Inside Bocca, enjoy fun with Sustainable Margate, New Jersey Fairy Hair, and more exciting giveaways.
