Margate Queer Writers prompt led writing session

If you're a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and would like to enjoy some creative writing, then come along to the Margate Queer Writers prompt led writing workshop.

The workshop leader/s will deliver a series of prompts to get your pen moving across the page.

This is a chance for a bunch of queer folk to come together and write sociably.

You don't need to prepare anything in advance, you don't need to be 'a writer' to attend, and no one will be forced to read their work in the group. All you need to do is turn up with your own pen and paper.

Things to bring:

Pen.
Writing paper.
A hard surface to write on. I.e. something like a clipboard or a hardback notebook.

Please note, there is no accessible toilet in this venue and the workshop area is up a flight of stairs. (If you would like to attend a future session but need an accessible venue, please get in touch so the organiser can relocate a future session.)
