Margaret and John Mueller Memorial Weekend Concert

The Margaret and John Mueller Memorial Weekend celebrates the special collaboration between UNCSA and Salem College’s organ programs, honoring the legacy of distinguished UNCSA/Salem College Organ Professor Emeritus John Mueller and Salem College Professor Emerita Margaret Mueller. Together, the couple made an enduring impact on the education of young artists.
This second concert of the festive weekend will be performed on Crawford Hall’s recently renovated Sarah Graham Kenan pipe organ — The C.B. Fisk, Op. 75, originally installed in 1977 under Dr. Mueller’s supervision. The recital will feature Salem College and UNCSA Kenan Professor of Organ Timothy Olsen performing works by César Franck, Julius Reubke and more.
