The Lions Club of Mareeba began coordinating the Mareeba Markets in June 2024, working alongside the Arts Society and Historical Society to offer the community one of the best markets on the Tablelands. Funds raised through the operation of the markets are contributed back to the local community through the humanitarian efforts of the Lions Club of Mareeba.
