You’ll cook up classics like:
Gumbo: A flavorful stew made with a dark roux, loaded with seafood, sausage, and vegetables, served over rice.
Beignets: The ultimate New Orleans dessert—soft, pillowy deep-fried pastries dusted with powdered sugar.
Throughout the class, you'll pick up cooking tips and tricks to recreate these dishes at home, as well as the secrets behind achieving that signature Creole and Cajun flavor balance.
