Chef Matt Steigerwald, formerly of Lincoln Café and Wilson’s Ciderhouse, will be serving a multi-course dinner starting with cocktail hour snacks and featuring NOLA inspired cocktails.Bonus: We’ll be doing a traditional King Cake for dessert and the five lucky attendees who get the classic baby figurine in their cake will be entered into a drawing for a Turducken!

ABOUT MATT STEIGERWALD
Matt Steigerwald is a seasoned chef who has been crafting savory dishes across kitchens in Eastern Iowa for years. Matt has been in the kitchen at Lincoln Café and Wilson’s Ciderhouse, and this will be his third time taking over the Amazing Space kitchen for a Farm to Table Dinner.
Matt always create fun, inspiring dishes and when possible includes ingredients from local area farmers. He believes in bringing food from farm to table whenever he can. We cannot wait to see what he cooks up on Mardi Gras!
