Patrons exceeding the ticket limit will have their orders cancelled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms. The Neptune is a general admission venue with a flat floor and reserved seated balcony. Please note that for some events such as comedy, lecture, and solo acoustic performances we add a limited number of chairs to the front sections of the main floor. Please arrive early to find a seat. No Elevator. Ramps only to the balcony level. All ages show, bar with I.D.
